About Elizabeth Avenue Childcare
Elizabeth Avenue Childcare Centre was one of the first childcare services that Gaylene opened around 30 year ago. Over this period of time, the centre has been upgraded and refurbish to ensure the environment is suitable for the tamariki of today.
At Elizabeth Avenue Childcare Centre We believe that the curriculum we offer is based on children’s own interests, needs and ideas. This curriculum is grounded in the New Zealand Early Childhood Curriculum Te Whãriki.
Within our curriculum we provide support and guidance for children so they can learn, grow and develop in a holistic way. We provide a child centred programme that gives children the freedom to make their own choices and learn at their own pace.
