Courtney
HEAD TEACHER
Kia ora. My name is Courtney. I am fully qualified, registered and first aid trained, and I am lucky enough to be the head kaiako of this unique centre Little Waves. I am originally from the U.K born in Blackpool but have lived in New Zealand for over 15 years now, so no accent remains! I live locally in Raumati South with my fiancé Tom, my son William and fur baby Alby.
I have been teaching for around nine years now and love every minute of it. My teaching practice revolves around aroha, reciprocal relationships, exploring the natural world and having fun! I find teaching one of the most rewarding jobs you can have, being able to support each individual and see them succeed, is just amazing!
I love spending my spare time with my family, exploring nature, and what the beautiful Kapiti coast has to offer. -
